It had a few things that had to be fixed, but it was just one tiny thing after another and he always had an answer and a person. In the end he got us a nice check and a home we were happy to be selling to someone else believing they would enjoy it as much as we did. He was extremely knowledgeable about the value of the home and the market in general and gave great advice. Highly recommend.
